This app is paying creators €100 a week to open fresh TikTok accounts and repeat the same social game format.

WhoLiked launched a structured creator program: become a WhoLiked ambassador, post 5 videos per week, and do it from a new TikTok account.

In the last month, they pulled 9.3M views and the content still looks extremely repeatable.

Most of the videos follow the same basic setup: friends playing the game, reacting to who liked or reposted what. In some cases, creators are not even changing much beyond the caption or the hook.

A German-speaking creator pushed the same concept to 1.3M views. 

The game is filmed and rerun across different friend groups, languages, and accounts.
