Smodin’s Early Moves on TikTok Strategy

Smodin.io, the writing‑assistant site used by students to get help with essays and assignments, is now trying to grow on TikTok.
They already have a network of student creators, but StudyTok is crowded, and their views have stayed consistently low.
For their current format, most creators film themselves studying, usually leaning towards hooks about stress, deadlines, and exhaustion.
“When someone tries to talk to me but I’ve got 2 exams next week, 3 meetings, running on 6 hours of sleep.” — 6,233 views
“When I see the exact question I studied for on the test.” — 10.1K views
The site is mentioned in very few videos, often only as a tiny name at the end but people don’t even realize it’s about Smodin.io.
On top of that, the videos are short, vague, and never show what the tool actually solves.
Right now, the videos only show the problem (stress), but never the solution (Smodin) or the result (finished work, saved time, better grades, less panic).
