TikTok is packed with mental health and AI therapy apps, and most of them follow the same playbook… anything that tells you exactly what you need to “change your life.”

It’s what the audience expects, and it’s usually the only format that performs. We’ve seen it with Juno, for example, where a simple carousel of advice pulled 1.6M views.

But this new app Innie, only 11 days old, is already positioning itself as an outlier.

Innie is still in its experimentation phase on TikTok.

Across their nine creator accounts, they’re trying to replicate the classic “tips” format.

“small habits = big changes” → 138K views

They’re also testing close‑ups with creators speaking directly to the camera, giving out specific advice.

“This is the advice I would give you if you actually wanted to change your life” → 68K views

But unlike Juno, none of these attempts break past the 200K mark.

Except for one video.

One post stood out with 935 comments, not because it listed habits, but because it framed an actual transformation.
