SnoozeProof is another new wake‑up app that forces you to complete tasks before you can turn off the alarm, preventing you from falling back asleep.

The app is only one month old and already running five TikTok accounts.

On one of the accounts, it scored its first hit after just a week.

“Crashing out because my alarm won’t turn off until I take a photo of a random object in my house” → 4.1M views

Six days later, creator @sophie.morning used the same hook, but her video leaves out one key element: the desperate headshot of her waking up that helps make the format work.

It pulled 14.6K views instead.
