18-Year-Old Founder Builds & Ships $40K/Month Website

We’ve recently come across another teenager making serious money online with organic TikTok marketing.

EasySlice.ai is an AI website that automatically generates viral video clips from famous YouTubers. It works by simply taking a channel’s most recent videos and clipping out the most viral moments, allowing users to easily capitalize on trending content.

In just a few weeks, EasySlice has seen impressive growth, averaging 3K+ daily organic traffic, all fueled by a zero-cost, solo-founder strategy.

The founder is an 18-year-old entrepreneur named Soren Skarsgard.

Soren developed the website himself and is now going viral by marketing it on Instagram and TikTok.

According to a recent LinkedIn post, his clipping business is now generating $40K/month, just four months after being launched.

Soren only runs one Instagram account and one TikTok account.

He has generated over 20 million views, with most of them coming from Instagram. His content focuses on showing the website as a simple tool that lets creators generate clips without doing any manual editing.

The breakthrough moment came on January 9, when he uploaded a quick tutorial on how to use EasySlice to clip viral moments from YouTuber Speed’s channel.

In this video, he also mentions Whop as a way to monetize the clips, offering viewers the whole picture of how they can earn money from viral content.

“Youtube + This Website = money in 2026”→ 6.3M views

This video also generated 1,900 comments, which is not bad at all when compared to the usual engagement benchmark for Instagram Reels.

On February 26, 2026, Soren went viral again with a similar strategy. This time, he used text to walk viewers through the process, rather than speaking directly on camera.

“How is this legal”→ 2.5M views

Soren’s approach works because he taps into a single core desire: making money.

Most of his videos follow the same structure, and always include his own face and any sort of website demo.

He might be only 18, but he has extreme clarity about what his audience actually cares about. They want to make money on YouTube in the easiest way possible. So that is what he delivers.

If you look closer, you will see that almost all of his top performing hooks revolve around the idea of earning money, which connects strongly with his viewers.

This story is an inspiring example of how a solo founder can leverage AI tools and useful content to generate impressive revenue without needing a big team or ad spend.
