21-Year-Old Founder’s Reacts Go Viral

Nicholas Sugianto quit his 6 figure job at just 21-years-old to build an AI Resume Assistant website. He launched Jobsuit around the summer of 2025.

His mission is simple: help job seekers beat the hiring system.

In just 50 days, his website passed 21,000 users.

That growth came almost entirely from his own content.

The founder alone is behind roughly 24.9M views through 8 personal accounts, with close to 90% of the attention coming from Instagram.

It is basically a one person creator network where Instagram is the main growth engine and TikTok supports it.

The account @_nicholas_sugianto1 stands out, with 16.6M views on Instagram Reels.

In September, he went viral over and over again with reaction videos.

Nicholas used viral clips with question-style hooks about job applications, then followed with quick tips on how to get hired, and finished with a website demo showing how to paste a resume into Jobsuit and get a tailored version for a specific role.

This was the engagement bait CTA that was in all captions:

“Comment ‘Job’ to get the link to the website and tailor your resume for free.”

On the official @jobsuit.ai page, he went viral with the hook “ Bro is actually a genius” on October 5. The post pulled 2.7 million views.

In the video, he starts by showing on screen that he was offered four different jobs, then shows how he did it using the website’s resume feature.

He repeated the same playbook one month later on a different Instagram account, @jobsuitalex, with the same line and reached 900,000 views on November 4.

More recently, a new account appeared, @jobsuitnatalie, the first UGC creator for the brand.

She mainly posts selfie clips followed by website demos. By her third video, she had already hit 640K views with the hook: “I could KISS the Google employee who showed me this

At 21, Nicholas turned himself into a growth expert and pushed nearly 25M views on his own. He cloned his presence across multiple accounts and turned viral clips into website promos.
