Lindy AI’s Search for THE TikTok Format

Lindy AI is an AI executive‑assistant and task‑automation platform, but its TikTok presence shows a product still in its early identity phase, testing multiple directions at once.
One content lane targets students, but those videos are not getting much traction.
Another lane goes after the working crowd, using story‑driven hooks.
One creator tells a mini‑drama about being called into an emergency meeting, expecting to be fired, only to find out she’s getting a raise.
“Guys my boss called an emergency meeting with me at 9am sharp…😂 So I work remote, and my boss called me this morning” → 259.2K views
This approach has potential.
They might just need more volume to see how far the format can scale.
We also found a creator who pulled 400 comments on a video with only 79.1K views, but it happens to be on one of the single videos on his account that actually don’t connect back to the app at all.
Still, this type of engagement-bait format could be a useful hint if it were reshaped to fit the product. For example:
- using the AI assistant to find the song
- guessing the email someone is about to receive
- guessing the boss’s request from a 3‑second clip
