Niche Overview

Views

Over the last 30 days, the Health, Fitness & Well-Being niche generated 270M views across 250+ videos (1.04M average views per video), published by 1000+ accounts across 130+ top consumer apps, indicating strong cross-platform distribution.

Performance is highly concentrated, with the top 10 videos generating 92M views (34% of all views from just 4% of the content).

The top-performing video alone, Erly’s morning routine narrative by @biancawakesup, generated 9.4M views.

This niche became much more competitive, with viral video output jumping from around 8 posts a day in April to more than 11 a day in May, as more creators started replicating winning formats.

Engagement

Engagement improved from the previous month and reached 10%, driven primarily by likes (12.3M), with comments (307K), shares (3.1M), and bookmarks (678K) contributing additional interaction, though Instagram underreports shares and saves.

At the sub-niche level, Morning Routine, PSL/Looksmax, and ADHD-related content dominated attention share.

Overall, this niche is becoming more identity-driven, making more relatable content, and leaving behind simply showcasing products or features.

The best-performing videos combine emotional storytelling, self-improvement, relatability, and transformation.

Breakout Accounts & Apps

Her 75

Her 75, a self-improvement app built around the 75-day challenge, is scaling through AI-generated glow-up transformations.

The content shows highly specific before-and-after arcs, with realistic mess, sweat, and visual detail that make the AI scenes feel believable.

That shift helped drive 100K downloads, $70K MRR, and a Top 10 Health & Fitness position in the U.S.

Nolla Skin

Nolla Skin is leaning on creator volume.

They run a network of TikTok accounts that repeat two clear formats: acne before-and-afters and on-camera skin analysis using the app.

Lifeing

Lifeing stands out in pregnancy content by focusing on fear, uncertainty, and emotionally messy life moments.

The strongest videos tap into early-pregnancy confusion and even abandonment storylines, which creates a strong comment activity.

The emotional realism is what makes the posts hit, even if the conversion path into app downloads is still not fully clear.

Nutrify AI

Nutrify AI built its content around AI-generated gym-girl personas posting slideshows about diet, training, and healthy routines.

One before-and-after-style post, framed around stopping protein shakes and seeing the results, reached 2.2M views.

WeMoms

WeMoms found a format that turned a relatively niche category into a massive scale.

The video pairs a week-by-week fetus model on one side with an AI-generated visualization of the baby inside the womb on the other.

That simple visual structure drove 90M views and over 24K comments.

Glowdess

Glowdess leaned into repetition and persistence.

One creator kept posting nearly the same close-up “body to baddie” style video over and over, using the same glow-up framing until one version finally hit 4M views.

Newcomers to Watch

Safe Choice – Product Scanner

Safe Choice, a newly launched scanner app, grew by wrapping product safety checks inside fear-heavy AI “expert” speeches.

The content starts with alarming claims about common foods or skincare products, then reveals the scanner as the tool that exposes the issue.

That formula helped generate nearly 130M views across two social accounts and pushed the app into the U.S. Health & Fitness Top 100.

Unlust

Unlust entered the market by copying an already proven no lust transformation format: weak, chaotic before-state, then a cleaner, more disciplined after-state.

The visual payoff does most of the work, while the app is mentioned lightly in the caption or bio. With only 22 videos, the account reached 450K views in four days.

Evolya – affirmations

Evolya, a French affirmations app, is tapping into breakup fiction.

The content follows a no-contact arc, heartbreak, silence, inner shift, then glow-up, which makes the app feel like part of the emotional recovery rather than just a standard self-help tool.

Do It Clock: Actually Wake Up

Do It Clock borrowed the exact product mechanic that made Alarmy work, forcing users to get up and scan an object to turn the alarm off.

Then it layered on a second format built around emotional frustration, showing creators melting down because they cannot find the required object. That mix of utility and chaos helped the app reach 10M views in just 15 days.

Ring AI

RingAI used simple faceless slideshows with boxing images, one-word motivational beats, and training routines that end with a light app CTA.

In fewer than 20 TikToks, that low-cost format helped it reach 1.3M views and break into the Top 100 in Sports in multiple countries.
