They use a simple two step funnel that sends people to a Discord server, and it’s clearly working, with the community growing to over 57K members.

This approach makes more sense because it gives time to educate users, or let them educate themselves inside a non branded community.

They name the accounts “discord.gg/trenching.” It’s basically a new take on the ecom “Link in Bio,” but even better since it works as a clear CTA right on the main screen.

They’re running this setup across a large number of accounts.
