AI Body Transformations Push App to 100K Downloads and $70K MRR

A self-improvement app for girls just reached 100K downloads and $70K MRR in the last 30 days.
It launched less than a year ago.
Her 75 takes the familiar 75-day self-improvement challenge and makes it social, turning daily checklists, water tracking, and habit goals into something friends can follow in real time.
Over the last few days, the app has accelerated sharply thanks to a new winning short-form content strategy.
It now sits at #7 in Health & Fitness in the U.S. and in the Top 100 across most countries.
Her 75 first broke through on TikTok, and they did it with faceless slideshows.
The best-performing one was a guide on:
“How to Discover Your Makeup Style” -> 15.9M views, 1.6K comments.
The app promo appears on the last slide, shown as a sign to join a community of girls doing wellness challenges.
However, more recently, Her 75’s virality actually comes from Instagram.
Two newer accounts posting realistic AI body transformations across a 75-day arc have now gone viral.
@glowupwiththeo was the first one. It had its first breakthrough on April 17, hitting 456K views.
It was a simple before-and-after transformation built around the “Her 75” challenge.
That became the blueprint.
Then a new account, @glowupwith.alex, replicated the format and hit 8.4M total views in just 4 days.
The best-performing video hit nearly 4M views:
In this AI transformation, the creator appears to have prompted for messy clothes on the floor and sweat stains on the outfit to make the scene feel more authentic.
That kind of detail is crucial in making the AI output feel believable.
The comments are filled with questions like “How?” and “What’s your routine?”, which are ideal for conversion.
Her 75 shows that AI still works when the output feels specific, aspirational, and believable enough to trigger imitation.
