25-day old gym app Ratr is running a hardcore body transformation account and has already pulled 4.5 million views from only 22 videos.
Most of the content uses hooks like “pov you finally ascended,” or slight variations of it.
Other posts are simple slideshows such as “3 ways to ascend,” all powered by AI images and videos showing extreme, almost unreal body transformations. The strategy is clearly working when you look at the outlier performance.
